2. Principles

Protecting your data matters to us. This website is deliberately lean: it sets no cookies and loads no external fonts, analytics services, social media plugins or advertising networks. No profiling takes place.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the data listed above on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, your details are stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete this data once it is no longer required for the purpose.

6. Contact form

Details submitted through the contact form — name, email address, the creator or company selection, stage name and platform or brand, and the message text — are processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The details are forwarded to us by email and are not stored on the server. No analytics services, no cookies and no captcha service are used. To guard against automated submissions the form contains an additional field that is invisible to visitors; no personal data is evaluated in the process. We delete the data once it is no longer required for the purpose.

7. Creator applications

If you send us an application, we process the data you submit in order to assess a possible collaboration, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If no collaboration results, we delete your documents at the latest six months after the assessment is complete, unless you have expressly consented to longer storage.

8. Fonts

This website uses the Archivo typeface. It is served exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts. Your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to the address above is sufficient.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.

11. Changes

We update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or the legal situation require it. The version available on this page applies.
